Migration of NiceLabel Cloud API (labelcloudapi.onnicelabel.com) frontend is complete. We are currently verifying the changes and monitoring for any issues.

NiceLabel Cloud API (labelcloudapi.onnicelabel.com) will now begin cutover to new frontend at approximately 15:15 UTC.

CNAME record changes from:
lmscloud.trafficmanager.net

To:
lmscloud-api-production-b3gvbmajdqedhdge.a03.azurefd.net

No action is required. No downtime is expected, but some requests may face slight increase in latency during the update. There is no change to how you interact with NiceLabel Cloud API or utilize current services.

NiceLabel Cloud API (labelcloudapi.onnicelabel.com) is being updated to a new global frontend. No action is required. No downtime is expected, but some requests may face slight increase in latency during the update. There is no change to how you interact with NiceLabel Cloud API or utilize current services.

What is changing:
- Current global load balancer Azure Traffic Manager is migrated to Azure Front Door
- API requests will now resolve to nearest edge location instead of directly to regional backend
- API requests are now routed to backend based on lowest latency, not necessarily geographic proximity
- Invalid API requests (such as incorrect URL) are no longer routed to backend, only valid APIs and paths will be forwarded. 400 error code will now be provided from frontend regarding "unavailable service".

DNS TTL is 20 minutes, but Traffic Manager will remain available to accommodate caching and avoid any downtime. Our team will monitor traffic during the migration and provide subsequent updates.
