Update - Microsoft has identified and rolled back a change that was strongly correlated with the onset of impact. They report that telemetry across services is showing signs of recovery.
On our side, we are confirming that traffic is flowing normally and all Loftware Cloud services in the West US region are responding correctly. Customers should be seeing restored access at this time.
We are keeping this incident open and continuing to monitor until Microsoft formally confirms full resolution. We will post a final update once the issue is officially closed.

Update - We are continuing to monitor the active infrastructure issue affecting Loftware Cloud environments hosted in the Azure West US region. Customers may still be experiencing intermittent connectivity failures, increased latency, or difficulty accessing their Loftware Cloud instance.
Root Cause: Microsoft has confirmed networking and traffic-routing anomalies associated with the West US region beginning at approximately 14:44 UTC on 23 July 2026.
Impact: Loftware Cloud customers with environments in the West US region may be unable to load their instance or authenticate. Both production and non-production environments may be affected.
Current Status: Microsoft has indicated they may have identified the likely cause of the issue and are actively deploying mitigation actions. We have not yet observed recovery on our side and continue to monitor closely. We will provide further updates as the situation develops.

Traffic traversing affected West US network infrastructure may experience downstream impact.
Impact: Loftware Cloud customers with environments in the West US region may be unable to load their instance or authenticate. Both production and non-production environments may be affected.
Current Status: Microsoft has redirected portions of traffic away from affected network paths and tested mitigation actions; however, these have not yet produced broad improvement. Engineering teams continue investigating and evaluating additional mitigation options. No estimated time for resolution has been provided.
We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as they become available. Customers may wish to review their business continuity and disaster recovery plans and take actions appropriate for their environment.
