Incident Report for Loftware Cloud

Resolved

A small subset of customers connected to License Center instance "license-q6f1" were temporarily unable to complete sign-in process. The web page "license-q6f1.onnicelabel.com" failed to load for customers connected to this instance. The incident has now been resolved, and impacted customers using on-premise subscription license should now be fully functional.

Loftware Cloud services were not impacted during this time.
