One customer deployment (Dep158) in NorthEurope region faced partial outage from approximately 2023-10-10 18:00 UTC until 19:00 UTC and 2023-10-11 04:15 UTC until 07:00 UTC.

You may verify your Deployment Region and Deployment Id simply from command-line:
nslookup [instance].onnicelabel.com

Requests to Dashboard, Web Printing, and WebDAV may have encountered timeout errors or 503 (service unavailable) errors during this period due to extraordinary amount of CPU pressure on backend instances. Our team is currently investigating this issue to determine root cause and prevent future incidents.
