One deployment (Dep202) in NorthEurope and one deployment (Dep211) in WestEurope faced periodic partial outage throughout the day of April15.

You may verify your Deployment Region and Deployment Id simply from command-line:
nslookup [instance].onnicelabel.com

Requests to Dashboard, Web Printing, and WebDAV may have encountered timeout errors or 503 (service unavailable) errors during this period due to memory constraints of backend instances. Our team is currently investigating this issue to determine root cause and prevent future incidents. We have taken temporary measures to remediate the issue until a final fix is deployed.
