During March26 upgrade of Loftware Cloud Essentials to 24.2 release, Web Client users may have encountered error below (or similar):
"The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error"

The error occurred due to a change in 24.2, which temporarily broke backwards-compatibility of backend databases during the upgrade period. After the upgrade was completed, Web Printing was fully operational.

A fix has been implemented for future upgrades to avoid such issue.
