Upgrading of Label Cloud Business accounts without sandbox to 19.3.1 release will begin at 6:00 UTC and is expected to finish at approx. 16:00 UTC.

No downtime is expected during the upgrade procedure. Client programs will have to be upgraded manually for best experience.
